It’s not enough to perform good technology research. There must be a product, intellectual property ownership, a marketing strategy, business infrastructure, and there must be a detailed plan to effectively and efficiently bring all these functions together. Without an effective “operational” plan to establish and direct the realization process, the likelihood of achieving commercialization success will be greatly diminished.
PBC has a formal Strategic and Tactical Operational Planning Process (1st STOPPTM) that produces a detailed plan with actions to move the process forward toward commercialization.
